Enterprise Builder
How the Enterprise
Builder process works
The benefits for you
Enterprise Builder is a new independent business support service developed by Bank of Ireland and exclusively available to its business customers. Experienced business professionals offer impartial, independent and practical support to help small and medium enterprises develop and grow.

Enterprise Builder Networks
Businesses can attend Enterprise Builder workshops that will be held throughout the country where they will have an opportunity to meet with industry experts on a one-to-one basis.

Enterprise Builder Consultations
Eligible businesses* can avail of an exclusive consultation with an Enterprise Builder mentor. An expert mentor, with the most appropriate match of experience to the business, will be appointed to arrange a 2-3 hour on-site visit with key stakeholders. Customers will be provided with a summary report with suggestions on ways to improve the business.

Business planning
We help you plan your business, set goals and ensure you stay on track in this challenging business climate.

Achieving strategic clarity

We offer a fresh perspective that will identify and support your ongoing business challenges - and stimulate you.

Building your confidence

We work on your core business skills and personal development to help you face the future confidently.

*Customers will be offered the choice to either attend an Enterprise Builder Network or to meet with a mentor for an Enterprise Builder Consultation based on information they provide (including turnover, business type & business size).
