Billy O’Connor

Billy O’Connor is a Commerce Graduate from UCC and has worked as a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 25 years. He has had wide exposure to numerous business sectors including a variety of senior executive roles in financial services in the earlier part of his career.

In the mid-90’s he established his own successful accountancy practice and in 2001 founded a specialist business advisory consultancy focusing on facilitation of organisational and business development.

Billy is an experienced businessman, facilitator and trainer specialising in partnering with owner-managers and management teams to achieve financial goals and develop company strategies to improve performance.

Tony Dignam

Tony has a BComm from UCD and qualified as an accountant while working with PWC in 1990.

Tony has held a number of senior positions in US multi nationals including Director of Technical Support Centres for Compaq (HP) with responsibility for 3 locations and over 1,000 staff. He was also Group Finance Director of Zomax European operations and General Manager of Zomax Global Call Centres.

Tony has also been involved in a number of start-up businesses, acquisitions, joint ventures and mergers.

Over the last number of years Tony has been working as a consultant helping small businesses grow through a variety of channels including franchising.

Tony is Managing Partner of IFM Consultants which has a number of consultants in Ireland and UK.

Robert Grealis

Robert graduated in business from GMIT in 1984 and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Robert has held a number of senior management positions across the private and public sectors in Ireland and overseas and has extensive experience in the Service, Retail, Aviation and Education industries.
Robert was Chief Executive of Ireland West Airport Knock where, under his leadership, the company received numerous business development and service awards. He has also held a number of other senior financial and general management positions, including divisional finance director for Bunzl plc, the global support services company.

Kieran MacSweeney

A computer science graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, Kieran has successfully completed University of Alabama and University of Limerick Executive Leadership Programmes. For the past 13 years, he has been Managing Director and Senior Vice- President of Avocent International in Shannon and in a career of over 30 years been involved at senior executive level in a number of high growth US multinational and start-up companies. These include Avocent International, Cybex International, Intel, Wang Laboratories and Maidenform International. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and Marketing Institute and on the advisory board of the University of Limerick Kemmy Business School.
